The Operators at the Central
Station receive regularly scheduled training so that they are current on
the latest regulations and technologies. All calls made to the Central
Station are recorded and monitored to ensure that operators are
efficient and treat our clients in the utmost professional manner. All
calls are logged and time/date stamped. Notification to the premise
and/or local authorities occurs immediately upon receipt of an alarm
signal.
